1. Before preparation, check whether the purity of the solvent exceeds the standard, if it exceeds the standard, it is necessary to take measures to reduce the purity to the qualified level before proceeding to the next step.

6. Because the moisture content of PA film, ethyl ester and air in a high temperature and high humidity environment exceeds the standard, the compounding speed cannot be too fast, but it should be moderate, when compounding on the machine with a long drying channel, it is necessary to pay attention to the appropriate increase in temperature and air volume, and strive to evaporate the residual solvent as much as possible before winding to improve the temperature and time of extended curing.
